The Warwick Area Migrant Committee received a $2,000 donation to the Farmworker Children’s Summer Program. The funds, provided by the Warwick Valley Rotary Club, will support the summer program for approximately 100 children. The program is held at the Pine Island Elementary School beginning in July. Katherine Brieger, executive director of the WAMC, received the donation from Rotary President Dave Eaton. At left is Past President Katie Hansen. Information about the summer program, formerly known as The Mustard Seed Ministry, is available on the website: wafarmworkers.org.
