WARWICK — For its last concert of the season, Pacem in Terris will welcome the return of the Manhattan Chamber Players on Sunday, Sept. 10, at 5 p.m.

A not-to-be missed performance featuring the works of Antonín Dvorák with a program called "Dvorák's Wild American Summer," featuring the String Quartet No. 12 in F major, Op. 96 "American" (1893) and String Quintet in Eb major, Op. 97 (1893).

The Manhattan Chamber Players are a chamber music collective of New York-based musicians who share the common aim of performing the greatest works in the chamber repertoire at the highest level.

Formed in 2015 by Artistic Director Luke Fleming, MCP is comprised of an impressive roster of musicians who all come from the tradition of great music making at the Marlboro Music Festival, Steans Institute at Ravinia, Music@Menlo, Yellow Barn Chamber Music Festival and Perlman Music Program, and are former students of the Curtis Institute, Juilliard School, Colburn School, New England Conservatory, and Yale School of Music.

Pacem in Terris is a not-for-profit organization under the Education Laws of the State of New York, located at 96 Covered Bridge Road, Warwick.

No reservations possible.

Tickets go on sale at 4 p.m. on site, rain or shine. Suggested donation: $15.
