Karen Kayser of Warwick, N.Y., passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2017. She was 58 years old.

Born on Aug. 3, 1959, in New York City, she was the daughter of Robert and Josephine (Migliorese) Marshall.

She was married to Robert Kayser.

Karen was a teacher with the Clarkstown School District in New City.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Kayser, of Warwick; her son, Edgar Kayser; her daughter, Maria Kayser; a sister, Denise Zarzour of Wurtsboro, N.Y.; a brother, Douglas Marshall of Matamoras, Pa; a sister, Jeannine Brujaletta and her husband Michael of Wurtsboro; and nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held Aug. 20 at Lazear-Smith and Vander Plaat Memorial Home in Warwick.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated Aug. 21 at St. Stephen R.C. Church in Warwick. Private cremation.

Memorial donations may be sent to St. Stephen’s School, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick, NY 10990.
