On Sunday morning June 11, Pastor Michael Otte preached his last sermon at Warwick Reformed Church. On Saturday, June 10, a retirement celebration was held at Mulder Chapel in Warwick honoring Otte's 41 years of ministry with the Reformed Church in America, which included 10 years of service in Warwick. More than 100 guests attended his celebration which included Warwick Mayor Michael Newhard, Warwick Town Supervisor Michael Sweeton, and guest speaker Rev. Irving Rivera from Meadow Hill Reformed Church in Newburgh. Refreshments and a large decorated cake were served after the Sunday morning service.
